We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Google Pay and JCB. Please contact us for other payment options.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days from the time order is received. Orders ship USPS 1st class with tracking unless other specified. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed. All Next Day Air orders must be submitted be by 11am EST to be dispatched same day. 

USA CUSTOMERS:

Bliss Vibez not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We provide tracking information for all packages.
By purchasing, you agree that if the USPS tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, you will not hold Bliss Vibez responsible and you will take this issue directly with your postal office and / or the management of any deliveries in your community.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

We ship 1st class USPS International, however, there is NO Tracking number available once it has departed the USA, so we have no means of tracking the Delivery of the package. If you haven’t received the package, we can provide the steps of delivery from our main office but we cannot guarantee you the delivery of the package.
If you purchase from Bliss Vibez, you agree you will not hold us responsible for any delay or lost packages, however, we will refund you the cost of goods if the package is resent back to us.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM / TAX / DUTIES

The price of our products does not include any duties, tax or VAT. We just charge you product and shipping costs only. if you are charged of a VAT or any type of custom duty / tax, you just need to pay it.

PLEASE NOTE: the invoice generated by your transaction is the invoice that we use as the packing / custom slip – Bliss Vibez will not be held responsible for items damaged by customs. Please refer to your country’s import regulations. Thank you.
