Due to COVID-19 we are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff while processing your returns which has caused delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bliss Vibez gladly accepts returns on most unworn, unwashed, damage free items within 14 days from order date.

Returns must post marked within 14 days of original order date. Orders post marked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Orders post marked after 14 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received please allow up to 7 days for return to be processed.

To initiate a return, Please email our RETURNS CENTER . Please include “RETURN ” in the subject box along with your ORDER#. A rep will get back to you within 1-2 business days. If you choose to return your order using a prepaid return label, a return shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from the final refund amount. 

FINAL SALE, SAMPLE SALE, LIMITED EDITION, GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. GIFT BOXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

REPAIRS

We offer a one-time repair or replacement within the first year of purchase due to a manufacturer defect. Please allow 2-4 weeks processing time. Please message or send us an email to get started!
